OverviewSanofi seeks a Data Analyst to focus on the digital experience of consumers and/or patients interested in Sanofi specialty therapies. The role supports audiences activation, media and campaign measurement, data operations, and AI‑mediated engagement throughout the customer journey.
Main Responsibilities- Design, operationalize, and interpret measurement and insights capabilities of the DTC/P ecosystem.
- Ensure measurement insights are activation‑ready for all business use cases and that the platform is future‑fit for AI‑mediated engagement.
- Assess impact of digital direct consumer/patient experience products and recommend measurement and insights enhancements.
- Catalyze cross‑functional collaboration to gather requirements and drive measurement & insight strategy.
- Activate use‑case audiences on publisher platforms and support successful activation.
- Participate in agile pod use‑case development by providing segmentation, test & control, and final audience builds.
- Test data quality and provide insights for various data feeds ingested into the DTC/P platform.
- Support and interpret measurement dashboards for key stakeholders to monitor real‑time performance indicators and digital media engagement trends.
- Assist the DTC/P Insights and Measurement Product Owner with data mining and insights for ad‑hoc project requests.
- Promote architectural consistency, usability standards, and execute test cases.
- Define required KPIs, reporting insights, and dashboard designs in partnership with stakeholders.
- Create processes and procedures for measurement and insights reporting and recommend optimizations based on media, audience, and placement performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in any domain;
Master’s is a plus. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, digital media analytics, or related roles.
- Proficiency with descriptive and predictive analytics concepts.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI for dashboards.
- Experience with data visualization libraries in Python or R.
- High proficiency in SQL and data modeling for analysis and reporting.
- Experience ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets.
- Knowledge of segmentation testing, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Understanding of KPI hierarchies, data relationships, and consumption‑ready datasets.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Pharmaceutical experience and knowledge of healthcare data privacy & compliance regulations.
- Data analytics from a media intelligence perspective.
- Hands‑on experience with Live Ramp (or equivalent) Safe Haven data collaboration, clean room audience build, media activation, and measurement environment.
- Experience with model‑based audience creation, look‑alike modeling, test & control, and segmentation.
- Experience with digital media performance insights and measurement.
- Experience in Agile development processes and Dev Ops methodology/principles.
- Foundational data experience: data dictionary, taxonomy, naming conventions.
