Industry X - Complex, Transformation Delivery Lead - PLM

Role Overview

The Complex Delivery Lead – responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex solutions.
• Apply Agile/SAFe methodologies while delivering technology solutions.
• Implement complex end-to-end programs including platforms (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.).
• Manage global delivery teams across multiple locations.
• Shape and deliver solutions for the industry.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development.
• Minimum of 6 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12-year work experience). If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience.
• Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of complex solutions.
• Good technology understanding and industry experience.
• Experience applying Agile/SAFe methodologies while delivering technology solutions.
• Experience implementing at least one complex end-to-end program including a platform (Custom, PaaS, Salesforce/Workday/SAP/Oracle, etc.).
• Experience working with global delivery teams across multiple locations.
• Proven experience in shaping and delivering solutions for the industry.
• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in the industry.
• Experience in technical delivery of PLM applications and platforms.
• Experience in enterprise data migration programs.
• Experience is Siemens Engineering platforms.
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to work in a challenging client environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and management skills to engage with senior Business and IT stakeholders.
