This is a full-time, on-site Producer role based in Morristown, NJ. The Producer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business, and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts. Additional responsibilities include analyzing client needs, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored and effective coverage options. The Producer will also monitor industry trends and market developments to provide clients with valuable insights and ensure they receive the best available solutions.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in sales strategies, client acquisition, and account management within the insurance industry
• Analytical skills to assess client needs, develop coverage plans, and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and a strong understanding of specialty insurance products
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented, and dynamic professional setting
• Previous experience as a producer or in a related role within the insurance sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is highly desirable
• Possession of relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them as required
