Overview
Immediate opening & excellent opportunity for an experienced medical debt collector to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work quickly & efficiently to resolve a high volume of medical debt while maintaining excellent documentation & attention to detail during each call.
Qualifications- Excellent attention to detail & documentation skills
- Ability to handle high volume of calls (in/outbound)
- Knowledge of both State & Federal Debt Collection Laws
- Knowledge of medical billing processes
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish), a plus.
