This is a full-time on-site Attorney role based in Morristown, NJ. The Attorney will be responsible for litigating commercial and construction disputes. Additional responsibilities include conducting in-depth legal research, negotiating and drafting legal documents, representing clients in disputes and claims, and advocating effectively in court or arbitration proceedings. Collaboration with other attorneys and delivering meticulous legal support to clients are key aspects of the role.
