- Develop master schedule to ensure timely shipments
- Assess demand requirements for accuracy to ensure proper demand is in place
- Monitor packaging needs and communicate with Purchasing Agent on needs to align with scheduling demands
- Enhance schedules to minimize manufacturing expenses and ensure equipment readiness
- Track inventory levels, improve inventory turnover, and reduce instances of missed shipments
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to review schedules, optimizing efficiency and inventory levels
- Understand existing constraints to ensure accurate scheduling
- Examine and revise part set-up parameters to enhance scheduling/MRP signals
- Compliance to Limits of Authority approval levels
- Other tasks as directed by management
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2 + years in production scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment or equivalent educational background
- Proficiency in production scheduling software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and schedule development
- Strong organizational skills
