This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Technician located in Morristown, TN. The Production Technician will be responsible for performing and monitoring production processes, maintaining adherence to quality standards, addressing equipment issues through troubleshooting, and ensuring preventive maintenance activities. The role also includes collaborating with team members and supervisors for effective production performance and complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Experience with Quality Control and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and conducting Preventive Maintenance for efficient and safe operation of equipment
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors on production activities
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise manufacturing procedures
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or medical device production environment is advantageous
• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical certifications or training are a plus
