Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM OR 7 PM - 7 AM (Rotating 2 on, 2 off, 3 on)

What You'll Need

• GED or diploma (trade school = bonus)
• Experience running machines or working in production/warehouse preferred
• Mechanical smarts - you know your way around tools and gauges
• Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight
• Strength and stamina - lift up to 40 lbs. and stay on your feet
• Team player who shows up, works safely, and gets it done

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Fire up and run machines to keep the line moving smoothly
• Watch for problems, troubleshoot quickly, and keep production on track
• Check quality and make sure every product meets the mark
• Handle setups, adjustments, and minor repairs when needed
• Work safe, work steady, and keep the floor running strong
