Quality Technician

Overview

As a Quality Technician at Iconex, you will be essential to maintaining the integrity of our products. You will ensure that every label and paper product leaving our facility meets strict quality standards and customer specifications. Your role helps drive customer satisfaction, product consistency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Full-time, day shift (6:45 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday)
• Based at our Morristown, Tennessee facility

• Conduct inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Record test results, scrap documentation, and audit findings accurately and thoroughly
• Quarantine non-conforming products and collaborate with QA for resolution
• Perform work-in-progress quality checks throughout production departments
• Maintain calibration and metrology systems to ensure accurate testing
• Support production teams with guidance on quality expectations
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of experience in quality inspection or production in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of testing equipment and manufacturing standards
• Strong math skills, including understanding of fractions, ratios, and proportions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Solid communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems
