Enamel Department Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Perform precise gauge checks and measurements using various inspection tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Conduct basic quality checks on materials and finished products as part of the production process.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for the entirety of a 10-12 hour shift.
• Capable of repetitively lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs or ladders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are essential for operating equipment and handling materials.
• Must be able to wear and work effectively with all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
• Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all tasks, equipment operation, and safety procedures specific to the Enamel Department.
• Proven experience as a Material Handler.
  * Proficient in operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  * Comfortable standing for 10-12 hour shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety and excellent attention to detail.
