Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Welder/Fabricator role located in Morristown, TN. The Welder/Fabricator will read and interpret drawings and blueprints, measure and layout materials, and perform welding and fabrication to meet project specifications. Daily responsibilities include setting up and operating welding equipment, fitting and assembling metal components, and inspecting finished work for accuracy and quality. The role also involves working with other team members to meet production schedules, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong welding skills, including proficiency in Arc Welding and general Welding techniques
• Experience with TIG Welding for precision work and clean welds on a variety of materials
• Experience with MIG Welding for production work and structural fabrication
• Knowledge of metal Materials, including properties, proper handling, and appropriate welding methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans
• Experience using hand tools, cutting equipment, grinders, and basic fabrication machinery
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to relevant safety standards and procedures
• Prior experience in welding/fabrication or related manufacturing roles; relevant certifications are a plus
