Performance Food service, a broadline distributor within Performance Food Group, is seeking a Meat/Seafood Cutter in Morristown, TN. You will portion cut meat/seafood to specific sizes, maintain sanitary tools, and ensure GMP and safety standards are met.
This role supports production flow and requires adherence to quality controls. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of meat/seafood cutting experience; preference for 1+ year in a similar role.
