• Deliver patient‑centered nursing care and monitor patient conditions, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established protocols.
• Complete accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Perform assessments, identify changes in patient status, and respond appropriately.
• Assist with emergency interventions and urgent medical situations.
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Practice within Tennessee scope of practice and Southern Health Partners clinical guidelines.
