Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to coordinate and assist with timely MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans in accordance with CMS RAI Manual regulations. The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and ongoing CPR certification.
Two years of nursing experience, preferably geriatric, are required. You will collaborate across disciplines, ensure compliance, and support staff in documentation and care planning activities in a post-acute setting.
