Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Morristown, NJ, for a Real Estate Broker Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing daily brokerage operations, managing and supporting a team of agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The role also involves mentoring agents to achieve their goals, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth through exceptional service and market expertise.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience in Brokerage, Real Estate, and Real Property
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to foster client relationships and achieve sales targets
- Active real estate license and understanding of local, state, and federal real estate regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in team management and ability to motivate and support agents
- Track record of achieving sales goals in real estate or a related field
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and marketing strategies
- Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools is a plus
