Job Overview

Hourly wage: $17–$30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The role focuses on the needs of our customers who entrust us with the care of their vehicles while they shop at Walmart.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
