• Safely move delivered carts to staging area in garden center

• Unload heavy plants from tallcarts and racks onto table and fixtures

• Stockand organize liveplants creating eye-catching displays

• Monitorplant quality and remove unsellable products

• Adhere to company policies and safety rules while on the job

• Perform routine safety sweeps and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Usemobile applications to clock in/out and complete daily tasks

• Mustbe at least 18 years of age to apply

• Comfortable with continuous walking, carrying, pushing and pulling

• Capable of kneeling,stooping, bending, stretching and standing for long periods

• Abilityto lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100pounds with assistance

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, stocking,or working with plants is a plus, but not required

• Dependable,self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Outdoorwork in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

• Contact with insects, dust, soil, pollen andother allergens

• Starting Pay: ? Range from $14.00-$18.00 (depending on location)

• Type: ? Part-time, seasonal employment

• Schedule: ? Open to working mostweekends and occasional holidays
