Position OverviewSummertown Metals is looking for a self‑motivated, customer‑oriented salesperson to work in our Post Frame Sales department. This is a full‑time position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, STD, LTD, life, and a 401(k) with a company match.
Job Duties- Set a goal and hit it.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and any training sessions provided.
- Process the customers in the call log in a timely manner preferably within 48 hours or as soon as reasonably possible.
- Prepare for and attend customer arranged appointments.
- Follow the walk‑in schedule provided by the Sales Manager.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Remain informed and up to date with regards to industry products/trends.
Follow the most current policies and procedures of the department and company.
