Covenant Health - - - Responsibilities:
Responsible for completing daily work order assignments.;
Works with all types of construction equipment including table saws, drill press and all small hand tools.;
Performs facility maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, installing acoustical ceilings, metal stud walls, sheetrock and millwork installation, painting, lighting, facility repairs, furniture installation, window repair, minor plumbing, door frame and hardware installations, minor flooring repairs, etc.;
Performs preventative maintenance on equipment such as HVAC, boilers, etc.;
Surveys facilities to find maintenance needs and set priorities.
