Millwright

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwright's for projects located in or around Morristown, TN. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Install, align, and dismantle machinery and mechanical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and production lines
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
• Perform welding, fabrication, and basic rigging as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work in a fast-paced industrial setting on a variety of projects

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of millwright experience
• Must have experience with mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment
• Must have own basic tools (additional project-specific tools may be required)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working overtime as needed
• Must be reliable, safety-minded, and a team player
