We are seeking an experienced Class A CDL Retail Route Driver to join our team in Morristown, Tennessee. This position is responsible for safely transporting and collecting food-waste materials along designated regional routes. Drivers should expect two to three overnight stays each week
.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, comfortable working independently, and capable of providing professional service at customer locations. Responsibilities include operating commercial vehicles, completing required inspections and documentation, maintaining assigned equipment, and communicating effectively with dispatch, customers, vendors, and operations personnel.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires alertness, sound judgment, and consistent attention to detail. Each employee is responsible for protecting their own safety and the safety of others.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• CDL must be self-certified as Non-Excepted Interstate with the issuing state
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) report
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Willingness and ability to complete two to three overnight stays per week
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

Candidates must meet one of the following experience requirements:

• Be at least 23 years old with a minimum of two years of verifiable, full-time tractor-trailer experience

OR

• Be at least 21 years old with a minimum of one year of tractor-trailer experience
  and meet one of the following conditions:
  • Graduate of a certified truck-driving school
  • One year of equivalent military driving experience

• Safely load, transport, collect, and deliver food-waste materials along intrastate and interstate routes
• Complete regional retail routes with approximately 15–25 stops per day
