Responsibilities
- Lead the U.S. entity's accounting function
- Ensure timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close functions
- Coach team members through the application of U.S. GAAP
- Collaborate with Global Finance team members on various accounting initiatives
- A bachelor's degree in accounting is required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing company setting is desired
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office and Excel
Demonstrates expertise in U.S. GAAP and accounting practices, with a strong focus on leading accounting functions and ensuring timely financial reporting. Proven ability to coach and develop team members while collaborating effectively with global finance teams.
