Union Bank is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Branch Manager II or III for our Morrisville Plaza Office.
As a Branch Manager, under general direction, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative activities; coordinate and direct operations and personnel of the branch to ensure efficient and profitable operations; ensure compliance with established policies and objectives; provide support to calling officers to further business development efforts; and work with the Branch Administrator to achieve branch objectives and plans.
You will also provide direct teller and customer service for the assigned branch. Provides lending related support functions.
- Banking experience of 3 years or greater including completion of related banking courses.
- Extensive knowledge of all deposit products and services.
- High knowledge of consumer loans and a general knowledge of home equity loan products.
- A high level of platform and teller systems knowledge and experience.
- Supervisory training and/or experience required.
- Responsible for keeping up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles.
- Software Utilized:
Microsoft Office, Synergy, Silverlake, SL Teller, and Argo Keys.
Salary description: $24.00 - $34.00/ hour
