Overview
Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, is in search of a Clinical Materials Coordinator to join our team in the Emergency Department! The Clinical Materials Coordinator reports to the Director of Emergency Services or designee and is responsible for inventory related areas within the Emergency Departments. This includes but is not limited to the following, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Data Collection, and Capital Equipment.
Generates all necessary reports as they relate to the inventory management and control process. Responsible for building relationships with other departments, vendors and other hospitals to ensure we have adequate supplies and equipment. This position collaborates with the clinical leadership team to ensure adequate and appropriate supplies and equipment are available. Compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care.
This is a Part-Time position (PT available). Copley Hospital has a variety of shifts available across Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and Per Diem needs. Please consider applying to discuss how your availability may align.
Compensation$18.50‑20/hour. The posted salary range reflects compensation for candidates with limited experience. An offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. An offer of employment may be outside of the posted range based on those factors.
Responsibilities- Responsible for inventory control.
- Helps create and maintain purchasing processes and maintains all relevant databases.
- Primary responsible party for yearly physical inventory and maintenance of supply item master.
- Performs item analysis as needed.
- Takes on special projects when asked.
- Participates in other committees as assigned – including but not limited to Products committee.
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Licensed Nursing Assistant - OR - Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in good standing with no restrictions nor stipulations.
- CPR Certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Advanced EMT or Paramedic license.
- Basic Computer Skills (Excel, Inventory Software)
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
