• Deliver direct patient care to an age‑specific population using the Nursing Process, within established standards of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor and document patient status; administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assume leadership responsibilities on the unit, including delegation of tasks to other staff levels as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans; participate in handoffs and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital/professional policies; ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care.
• Support orientation and credentialing processes; contribute to unit safety and quality initiatives.

• Active Registered Nurse license (in good standing)
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC) must be active prior to contract start date; if not active, a course must be booked by the time of clinical orientation.
• De‑escalation training required.
• Relevant clinical experience in medical‑surgical or telemetry settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a hospital setting with a rotating schedule, including nights.
