The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a position on a Medical Surgical Floor in Vermont. The RN will deliver age‑specific, direct patient care, utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care. Leadership responsibilities include delegation of work to other healthcare staff members.

The role requires compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare provision.

• Schedule:
  
  Days shift; 12‑hour shift hours; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license; ACLS, BLS, PALS (or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), and de‑escalation training must be active prior to contract start date; if not active, a booked course must be scheduled at the time of clinical orientation.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience in Medical Surgical Nursing is preferred but not required.
• Additional Information:
  The candidate will be expected to deliver patient care, follow departmental standards, and assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation of tasks to other team members.
