Dexian is assisting a manufacturing client in the Morrisville area. This position will report to the Accounting Manager and is fully on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Process day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors while maintaining strong internal controls
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues promptly
- Adhere to AP policies, procedures, and systems
- Assist with month-end close and audits related to accounts payable
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience
- Strong understanding of accounting systems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
