dance instructor looking to inspire the next generation of dancers? Open Arts is seeking talented individuals to join our team for the  Season! If you have a passion for sharing your love of dance and a commitment to nurturing young talent, we want to hear from you.

• Intermediate/Advanced Jazz (Middle & High School):
  • Develop and deliver engaging jazz classes that challenge and inspire intermediate and advanced middle and high school students.
  • Focus on technique, musicality, and performance skills.
  • Choreograph dynamic and innovative routines.
• Pre School & Early Elementary Ballet, Tap, Hip-Hop, and Jazz
  • Create a fun and engaging learning environment for young dancers.
  • Introduce fundamental dance techniques in a playful and age-appropriate manner.
  • Foster a love of movement and music.

• Plan and execute engaging and age-appropriate dance classes.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students.
• Choreograph routines for performances and showcases.
• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and studio staff.
• Stay up-to-date with current dance trends and teaching methodologies.

• Proven experience teaching dance to the specified age groups and skill levels.
• Strong technical skills in jazz, ballet, tap, and/or hip‑hop.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with children and teenagers.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Professionalism.

• Degree or certification in dance or a related field.
• Experience choreographing for performances.
• Experience with various dance styles.
