Position: Customer Service Representative - On Site Role

Overview

As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Video Repair, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers who are subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. Every day, your work will strengthen connections between Spectrum and our customers.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent
  • Schedule:

    Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Language:
    Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience:

    6+ months of customer service experience; 1+ year working with computers and software applications; 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience in customer service or a call center
  • Technical

    Skills:

    MS Office, computer skills, typing
  • Skills:

    Communication, organization, time management, multi-tasking, customer service
  • Abilities:
    Dependable, professional, solution-oriented, results-driven, resilient
