What You’ll Do- Provide academic, behavioral, and personal care support to students with disabilities (ages 3-14).
- Assist lead teachers in implementing IEP goals and behavioral interventions.
- Support students’ mobility needs, personal care, and daily classroom activities.
- Create a safe and positive learning environment while monitoring students’ progress.
- Participate in trainings, professional development, and team collaboration.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Experience working with students with exceptional needs.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and provide individualized student support.
- CPI Training (or willingness to obtain).
