• Provide academic, behavioral, and personal care support to students with disabilities (ages 3-14).
• Assist lead teachers in implementing IEP goals and behavioral interventions.
• Support students’ mobility needs, personal care, and daily classroom activities.
• Create a safe and positive learning environment while monitoring students’ progress.
• Participate in trainings, professional development, and team collaboration.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Experience working with students with exceptional needs.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and provide individualized student support.
• CPI Training (or willingness to obtain).
