The Lenovo Customer Quality Engineering Internship is open to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science. To be considered for this role, you should be motivated and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A hobbyist or professional experience with PC assembly/repair preferred. As an intern, you will support the Commercial Customer Quality Management team.
This is a hands-on position working on a variety of PC platforms, including Think Pad, Desktop, Workstation, Visuals, Think Edge, and Accessories. In this role, you will expand your understanding of PC hardware, subsystems, monitors/accessories/options, as well as the Windows OS and drivers. In addition, you will work with a global team of technology experts at one of the world's leading technology firms.
This hardware-based opportunity does not involve software development or software debugging, but having an understanding of programming languages, tools, and methods is useful in the role. This internship is offered in Morrisville, NC.
