IMMEDIATE OPENING! Must have MIG welding experience. MUST have 3 or more years welding experience, Certificate, Degree or Vo-Tech schooling. Weld test will be required prior to hire. Must be able to read and understand shop drawings, work well within a team setting as well as work independently.
Structural Steel DetailerCandidate should be a qualified, experienced Structural Detailer preferably with experience in either TEKLA, AutoCAD or Solid Works. Knowledge in the metal fabricating industry related to fabrications covering a wide range of Structural, Bridge, Catenary Structures, etc. Experience working with Bill of Materials, strong math skills, communication skills as well as knowledge working with AISC manual and guidelines. Candidate should be able to work in a fast paced setting that can work independently.
Candidate will be responsible for estimating a wide range of Fabrication work from Structural Steel, Simple Bridge, Heavy Structural, Railroad Catenary and related Structures. Sub-Stations, Railings, and misc. Carbon, Stainless and Aluminum fabrications. Must have 3 or more years of estimating, knowledge of purchase of materials, coordinating quoted projects while working with our engineering team and coordinating with the sales department.
Knowledge of AISC standards and industry codes as well as miscellaneous metals experience. TEKLA software and AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. Must be able to work independently in a fast paced setting.
