Maintenance Specialist responsible for ensuring reliability, compliance, and lifecycle management of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utilities in a GMP pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities include asset turnover, commissioning, preventive and predictive maintenance, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role supports equipment in areas such as HVAC, utilities, process systems, and manufacturing infrastructure, ensuring inspection readiness and adherence to GMP and regulatory standards.
RequirementsB.S. in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience or 12+ years of hands-on pharmaceutical maintenance. Preferred qualifications include CMMS experience (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM), CQV knowledge, GMP familiarity, and experience supporting regulatory inspections. Skills include strong troubleshooting, project management, documentation, and collaboration abilities, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and reliability principles.
