Position Summary
The AI Services Finance Controller serves as the primary finance business partner for the AI Services organization. The role leads financial planning, reporting, commercial analysis, and process development for a complex and rapidly evolving business.
In addition to the core finance responsibilities, this role will help drive the Finance team’s AI transformation by identifying opportunities and building practical AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting, analysis, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reviews, and management reporting for the AI Services business.
- Identify finance use cases for AI and automation, and build practical solutions using tools such as Open Claw, Copilot, Python, or similar technologies.
- Consolidate AI Services revenue across multiple teams and ensure accurate, timely reporting to Corporate Finance and executive leadership.
- Provide financial insights and business cases to support investments, new offerings, and growth decisions.
- Support pricing, deal reviews, cost modeling, and project profitability analysis.
- Partner with Offering, Sales, and Delivery leaders to improve business and financial performance.
- Establish scalable finance processes, reporting flows, and controls for a growing business.
- Coordinate with Treasury, Corporate Finance, Controllership, and Accounting on reporting, funding, and compliance matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controllership, commercial finance, or finance transformation.
- Strong experience in forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and business partnering.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with AI, coding, data analytics, or workflow automation, with the ability to develop and implement practical finance solutions.
- Experience supporting professional services, consulting, AI, or technology services.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and BI platforms.
- Experience improving finance processes in a global, fast‑changing organization
