Description and RequirementsThis internship role focuses on basic R&D expense management work. The intern will support the finance team in daily R&D expense sorting, document checking, data statistics and filing, assist in routine expense control work, and help standardize R&D daily expenditure management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily R&D expense sorting and preliminary check, verify the completeness of reimbursement documents and sort out unqualified materials.
- Responsible for basic R&D expense data entry, sorting, statistics and daily ledger update.
- Assist in tracking R&D expense usage, sort out daily expense records and simple abnormal data.
- Complete sorting, filing and archiving of R&D expense vouchers and supporting documents.
- Answer basic R&D expense reimbursement consultations from internal R&D departments.
- Assist the team with daily financial supporting work and audit document preparation.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student, major in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
- Have basic financial cognition, no formal work experience required; relevant internship experience is a plus.
- Familiar with basic Excel functions for data sorting and statistics, proficient in common office tools.
- No strict English requirement; basic English ability is preferred.
- Careful, patient and responsible, with good data sensitivity and teamwork spirit.
- Good communication skills, able to follow work arrangements and finish tasks on time.
