Financial Analyst, Risk Manager/Analyst, Credit Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven professional to safeguard company revenue by assessing customer financial health and establishing credit limits that balance risk with business growth. In this role, you will leverage financial analysis, credit scoring models, and cross-functional collaboration to make informed credit decisions that support global operations, mitigate risk, and strengthen customer relationships. You will play a critical part in shaping credit strategy, communicating risk insights, and driving continuous improvement across the credit function.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness through financial statement analysis, cash flow review, and trend assessment
- Apply conventional and alternative credit arrangements including letters of credit, drafts, and deposits
- Advise customers on significant credit issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Establish and track KPIs to measure credit process effectiveness
- Compile and analyze credit results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Communicate risk insights to collections and partner teams to support informed decision-making
- Provide coverage for team members during absences and actively contribute to team initiatives
- Apply knowledge of bankruptcy laws and proactive creditor strategies to protect company interests
- Assess how collateral positions affect cash flow, credit terms, and collection strategies
- Ensure adherence to standard accounting and finance practices while supporting a culture of continuous improvement
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle 11i, or SAP
- Ability to interpret credit reports and apply credit scoring models
- Knowledge of bankruptcy laws and collateral impact on credit and collections strategy
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis or financial risk assessment
- Demonstrated experience evaluating creditworthiness and managing credit risk in a professional setting
- Prior experience working cross-functionally with collections, finance, or partner teams is strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position:
Min:$31/Hr Mid:$39/Hr Max:$49/Hr
