Public Safety Community Integration Specialist

Job Description
The Public Safety Community Integration Specialist will provide support and services to persons with developmental disabilities. Consumers on their caseload may be on Public Safety Waivers and/or Act 248. Specific consumers may need to be supported by a specific gendered staff per their support plan. The supports will be based on the consumer’s need for support in the following areas: community, employment, and/or in-home supports.
Public Safety CIS position works a variety of hours to include night and weekends. To perform these duties the Public Safety CIS must follow Medicaid, State, and Agency guidelines.
