Support Children in a Center-Based Setting
Flywheel Centers is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs and RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism at our Yardley, PA center. You will work directly with children, helping them build meaningful life skills while following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

In this role, you'll make a measurable difference each day - supporting children's development and gaining valuable experience in a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment.

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children at our center
• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Support skill development in areas such as communication, independence, and social behavior
• Collect and document accurate session data
• Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to the Yardley center
• Prior experience working with children (required)
• ABA experience (preferred, but not required)
• Professional, organized, and patient with a passion for helping children
