This position resides within the Teleflex Anesthesia business unit’s Marketing team in Morrisville, NC. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing commercial initiatives, strategies, and managing the North American marketing team. This role actively partners with the North America Sales and Leadership teams, Global Marketing counterparts, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure the execution and implementation of marketing tactics, market research, new product development projects to maintain or grow market share.

• Provide day to day management of the marketing team
• Own demand forecast and collaborate with Demand & Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Sales to maintain high service levels and supply continuity.
• Develop strategies and tactical plans that increase core line utilization through focusing on portfolio management, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross‑functional global teams to execute product launch excellence, maintain high customer satisfaction, and global alignment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate manager.
• Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

• Bachelor’s degree required with areas of preference including marketing, biomedical engineering, business administration, or other similar degree areas. MBA preferred
• 5 years of combined experience in product management and project management.
• Direct people management experience required
• Comfort level in a medical environment, with demonstrated aptitude or prior experience with clinical terminology.

• Ability to work with colleagues to drive alignment on product line decisions
• Self‑starter who knows how to approach the job and is passionate about the industry
• Ability to drive focus, prioritization, and effective time/project management
• Ambitious and action‑oriented
• Computer skills in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and word processing desirable. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
• Ability to present his/her “case” in both formal presentations and in one‑on‑one interactions. Strong formal and informal communication skills
• Understand the medical regulatory environment
• Unquestionable ethics and integrity
• Ability to work outside of normal hours as needed for global meetings
