Emergency Medicine & Military segment within The Teleflex Anesthesia and Emergency Medicine (AEM) business unit continues to expand, and we are investing for sustained high growth. The marketing team is integral to developing and driving the Teleflex AEM growth strategy through new product development and innovative channel marketing.
The Sr. Product Manager supports development and execution of strategy and direction for assigned segments within the Emergency Medicine (EM) portfolio and defines the pathway for continued expansion of the business. This individual will work closely with sales to devise and drive innovative marketing programs to exceed financial targets. This role bridges clinical and business worlds to collaborate with matrixed teams comprised of clinicians, sales, marketing, clinical medical affairs, regulatory, quality and finance.
The ideal candidate must have a business owner mentality. He/she should be able to manage the day-to-day aspects of building and executing a marketing plan and have the business instincts/research skills to pursue new growth opportunities in current and adjacent markets.
- Lead, develop and execute comprehensive global commercialization strategies
- Assess and prioritize global market opportunities, and devise marketing strategies to drive demand generation and increase win rate
- Develop strategic plans for product commercialization including segmentation, clinical evidence, health economics, value messaging, pricing, positioning and sales training
- Drive and support global SBU business operations and strategies, including product lifecycle management
- Measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives through sound KPIs
- Be recognized as an expert across key global markets
- Lead the portfolio strategy and new product development projects to address current and anticipated unmet market needs across key global markets
- Understand, analyze and prioritize deep customer insights through primary and secondary market research
- Analyze market trends, the customer and competitive landscape
- Quantify, prioritize and recommend new products, markets, and strategies backed by thorough business analysis
- Collaborate with R&D, Clinical Medical Affairs, Project Management Office and other key stakeholders to guide new product development projects from concept to commercialization, including stage‑gate process
- Continually seek out and assess growth opportunities, including possible acquisitions
