Position Summary
Data coordinator who works cross functionally across all business units to develop and maintain data integrity to meet EU MDR regulatory requirements. Must be able to follow detailed processes while identifying and resolving issues as they arise. The candidate has a strong willingness to learn and is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented.
Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure data and documentation is maintained and aligned across PLM, ERP and UDI database systems – Agile, SAP, Lansa.
- Provide project updates on aligned goals and deliverables to key stakeholders, as necessary.
- Educate and train others on processes across the business units, as necessary.
- Perform proofreading of product labeling in coordination with the labeling team, to ensure adherence to internal labeling procedures, accuracy, completeness and formatting.
- Assist with data collection.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education / Experience Requirements
- 0 – 4 years experience in documentation, information science, data analysis or database systems
- Strong data analysis and MS office skills, especially Excel
- Detail and process oriented
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
- Experience with medical device, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry preferred.
- Knowledge of GS1 regulations and application ideal.
- Large scale database experience
- Strong ability to work with teams and displayed ability to grasp a general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies.
- Ability to grasp strategic concepts and strategy development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.
