Breakfast Attendant
Property: Hyatt Place RDU Airport
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, Hourly
Schedule: Early mornings, weekends & holidays required
Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet according to Hyatt Place standards
Prepare light food items (e.g., eggs, breakfast meats, pastries, cut fruit, etc.) as required
Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper temperature controls
Keep breakfast and dining areas clean, well-stocked, and inviting
Greet guests, assist with special requests, and clear tables promptly
Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house prep and storage areas
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
Communicate product needs and equipment issues to leadership
Support F&B and front desk teams as needed
Prior hotel or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work early morning shifts reliably
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest service
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 30 lbs
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
