Night Auditor

Overview

Hyatt Place RDU is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to support overnight operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and complete the nightly accounting processes that keep the hotel running smoothly. As part of our opening team, you’ll help lay the foundation for exceptional overnight service.

• Complete nightly audit procedures, balance accounts, and prepare reports
• Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and reservation updates
• Serve as the primary overnight guest contact
• Conduct regular overnight property walks and safety checks
• Process payments, cash drops, and reconciliations
• Assist with lobby cleanliness, marketplace restocking, and light breakfast prep
• Communicate overnight activity to daytime leadership

• Strong attention to detail and basic accounting comfort
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently
• Professional, calm, and dependable
• Must be available on weekends & holidays
• $15–$17 per hour
• PTO & holiday pay
