Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Business Partner who is fluent in Spanish and English to support our diverse workforce and serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on support across core HR functions including operations, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and onboarding. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days onsite per week.
Responsibilities- HR Operations: Support daily HR processes, maintain employee records, ensure data accuracy, and streamline workflows for efficiency.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit inquiries, coordinate enrollments, manage life event changes, and work closely with benefit providers to ensure seamless administration.
- Performance Management: Partner with managers to support goal-setting, mid-year and annual review cycles, coaching, and development planning.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, conduct investigations as needed, provide guidance on conflict resolution, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws. Support policy development, communication, and auditing.
- Onboarding: Lead the new-hire onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Coordinate orientation, document collection, systems access, and engagement activities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
