The Website & SEO Specialist plays a key role in supporting Icon Protection and its family of brands by implementing strategies that enhance digital visibility, user experience, and lead generation. This position focuses on creating, optimizing, and maintaining Icon’s digital portfolio across multiple channels, including websites and ecommerce platforms. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and external agencies, the specialist assists in executing SEO initiatives, managing product information assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Additionally, the role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing trends, and contributing to integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Contribute to the outstanding reputation of the company by always putting the customer first, treating fellow associates with respect, and conducting business with highest integrity.
- Enhance the user experience by designing and optimizing landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), and overall digital interactions for all of Icon’s sub brand websites.
- Assist in implementing SEO tactics to enhance website visibility and drive qualified leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Brand Experience, Product Management and Channel) to ensure alignment on website enhancements and SEO initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and management of PIM assets and syndication procedures.
- Ensure a cohesive brand presence across digital platforms by supporting ecommerce setup requests and performing ongoing audits of merchandising content to optimize Product detail pages and drive sales.
- Manage and optimize site performance, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance.
- Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, broken links, and indexation problems.
- Report performance of website metrics, for assessment against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers’ current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Monitor emerging GEO trends and leverage insights to enhance brand visibility across leading LLMs, ensuring an accurate, optimized, and engaging brand presence
- Measure experiments and conversion tests. Help to identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
- Research and stay current on marketing-related best practices and report to team for analysis.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, establishing professional networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
