As a User Insights Product Manager on Lenovo's User Insights team, you will be responsible for defining and guiding the product strategy that informs how Lenovo understands and engages with users across PCs, tablets, and web platforms. This role is well suited for a product professional who is motivated by building data-driven products that generate insights, strengthen user engagement, and support business growth.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that help Lenovo build a comprehensive view of customer behavior. As the leader of the User Insights product roadmap, you will translate business needs into actionable initiatives and ensure successful delivery through agile practices.

This role is part of Lenovo's User Insights and Engagement team, focused on enabling a unified understanding of customer engagement to inform product development, personalization, and organization-wide strategies.

What you will be doing:
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for Lenovo's User Insights capabilities across devices and digital platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog and support execution using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (engineering, analytics, marketing, product management) to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Work with data analysts and engineers to ensure insights products are accurate, scalable, and aligned with Lenovo's business needs.
  • Establish KPIs to measure product success and track adoption, engagement, and impact.
  • Identify opportunities for new insights capabilities, including segmentation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management with agile teams.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management or related experience in a technology environment.
  • Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience delivering software or data-driven products involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud based and cross device (PC, mobile) software ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Chinese and English for working with global teams.
  • Experience building or managing data and insights products in consumer technology.
  • Knowledge of user engagement, product analytics, or behavioral data.
  • Background in SQL, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Ability to support customer-centric product development while balancing business needs and user experience.

This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
