In this role, you’ll help shape our IT operations as a Senior Power Platform Engineer (Copilot). You’ll automate processes and keep our data in check using Microsoft’s Power Platform and Copilot tools. Expect to design solutions that turn tedious tasks into smooth, automated ones, set up solid data policies, and champion AI assistants to help the team work smarter. Your IT systems background will make sure everything fits into our current setup.
This is a hands-on and strategic role, perfect for someone who wants to rethink how IT works and make our operations quicker, smarter, and more secure while staying efficient and compliant.
What You’ll Do- Hybrid Work:
Work onsite two days a week and remote the rest. - Automate & Simplify:
Spot chances to streamline IT and business processes with Power Platform. Build and maintain automation for things like account setup, system alerts, patching, and syncing data. Make sure they’re reliable, scalable, and secure. - Copilot & AI:
Be the go-to person for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI tools. Customize Copilot features and build helpful bots for things like Q&A and ticket triage. Keep up with new updates and help the team make the most of AI. - Data Governance:
Set and enforce data policies. Manage environments, security, and compliance rules. Audit regularly and work with compliance teams to fix gaps. - Integrate with IT Ops:
Team up with IT engineers to weave automation into daily infrastructure work. Build workflows for user onboarding/offboarding and automate server/cloud maintenance. - Lead & Collaborate:
Be the technical lead for automation and AI in Sys Ops. Work with other teams to plan, design, and launch new solutions. Share best practices and encourage agile, Dev Ops-style improvements. - Teach & Mentor:
Help junior engineers and teammates learn Power Platform and AI. Run training, set standards, and encourage innovation. - Quality & Support:
Own the quality and security of your solutions. Document, test, and monitor automation. Be tier-3 support for your tools and fix issues fast. - Continuous Improvement:
Keep up with Power Platform and Copilot updates. Try out new features, introduce best practices, and improve how we build and deploy automations. - On-Call:
Join our weekly on-call rotation (about one week per month) to help with urgent issues outside normal hours, making sure our systems stay up and running. - Travel:
Minimal travel (0-10%) for team events or trainings, most work is done virtually.

Experience:
Bachelor’s in computer science (or similar), or equivalent experience. 5+ years in IT or
