It is important for this role to have: Veeva Vault experience.

• Experience in clinical trial software vendor relationships.
• Experience in managing software implementations for customized, technical solutions, including the collection and design of requirements.
• Experience with patient recruitment and/or retention software.
• Background in software engineering, architecture, and/or UX design preferred.
• Experience with API preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supports projects throughout entire execution to ensure success (includes adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline).
• Work with Project Manager Lead to create comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Work with internal and external clients on identifying problems, providing solutions, and implementing efficiencies.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
• Support acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and vendors.
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for assigned projects.
• Analyze, plan, and review requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
• Participate in regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
• Understand the deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management.
• Ability to work in areas outside of their usual comfort zone and love to learn new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized. Love to work with and refine existing processes as well as develop new ones.
• Ability to multitask and work in a cross-functional team environment.
