The role is based in Morrisville, North Carolina, with three days in office required each week to align with Lenovo's 3/2 hybrid in‑office policy.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI tools and technologies to advance the CEC's capabilities and competitive edge.
- Design and implement AI‑powered data analytics solutions that surface actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business challenges and co‑develop AI‑driven strategies and recommendations.
- Build dashboards, models, and reports that communicate AI‑generated insights clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the team's AI roadmap—researching what's next, benchmarking against industry trends, and proposing new use cases.
- Support the integration of AI tools into existing workflows, helping teams adopt and scale new technologies effectively.

- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to translate AI strategy into executable initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Genuine passion for AI and its practical applications—you follow AI news, experiment with new tools, and think about what's possible.
- Foundational knowledge of data analytics concepts, tools (Python, SQL, Excel, or similar), and data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language models, or generative AI is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex ideas simply, in writing and in person.
- Self‑starter with a bias for action; comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑functional settings and brings positive energy to the team.
- Be part of a team actively defining the future of AI in our organization—your work will matter from day one.
- Access to cutting‑edge AI platforms, tools, and continuous learning resources.
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborative, innovative team culture within the NA CEC—a hub for customer excellence and tech innovation.
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and structured onboarding designed for new graduates.
